Available in exclusive limited editions, and in three sizes, Nick Compton’s fine art prints lay bare the photographer’s link to both the landscape and the people that inhabit it.

Growing up in the diversity of culture laden South Africa to a father who spent most of his time supporting nature conservation in South Africa, Compton spent extended periods of time in Northern Natal with wildlife.  Photography became a way to capture the beauty he saw, as well as a way to tell the deeper stories about the lives and the creatures that inhabit this magical landscape.  Pulled away from this developing passion to then solely focus on his career in cricket meant Compton put his camera down.  Having now retired from cricket, the lens and the man are inseparable.  Compton uses his camera to cross terrain he’s never had the chance to travel.  His lens frees him to push for the rest of the story.  These are joyful, celebratory images that at their core are all about what it means to live and be alive.

Each limited edition is printed on Hahnemühle Fine Art paper and uses the latest print technologies securing them as archival documents.

All of Nick Compton’s Limited Edition Prints come with a ‘Certificate of Authenticity’. Signed and dated by Nick Compton, they confirm the authenticity of the print, and provide the purchaser with details about their chosen composition.
